Workplace Assessor

Aim

With the introduction of new workplace agreements, an emphasis on multi-skilling and the move to competency based training there is an increasing emphasis on recognition gained in the workplace.

The role of the Workplace Assessor is pivotal for the achievement and recognition of competency.

Training in workplace assessment is important for all stakeholders – workers and management, all parties need to have confidence in the system for it to be successful.

Course Duration

The Workplace Assessor Program is run over two days encompassing theory presentations, open two way communication and syndicate exercises. Presenters of our program are extremely experienced trainer’s. Each of them has genuine concern for the learners and ensures learners are actively involved.
