MEM Coaching and Appraisal

Risktec conducts the 3 day "MEM Coaching and Appraisal" course which is specifically designed for OIMs and personnel identified for future employment as an OIM or senior facility positions. The course covers the theory of Emergency Management, a minimum of 9 realistic exercises with PC based simulation and each delegate's performance is formally appraised as the Person in Charge for one scenario. You the Client receive a detailed report of your personnel's performance not only giving you confidence in their ability, but assisting you with career mapping and development.

Duration:	3 days
Delegates:	Optimal number 6-8, Risktec can provide additional role players if required
Method:	Theory, PC based simulation, and practical exercises with a formal appraisal on each delegate's performance and potential as the Person in Charge
